How a visit goes

1. 01

   Write or call — we agree on a time and prepare the stones for your arrival.

2. 02

   We examine the stones under a loupe in different light and match the girdle number against the certificate.

3. 03

   You decide without pressure: pay on the spot, hold for another 48 hours, or simply leave to think.

If a stone is held on the site, it is already waiting for you at the office for the whole hold.
