How buying works: the 48-hour hold, the office, delivery

Every stone in the catalog exists as a single piece, so the first step of any purchase is taking it off the shelf. That is the hold: for 48 hours the stone is yours and invisible to other buyers.

Then there are two paths. First — card payment: Visa, Mastercard, plus Payme and Click for Uzbekistan. After payment the stone goes into preparation: final check, piece passport, packaging.

Second — a visit to the Tashkent office. Come any time within the hold: the stone is already on the table next to a loupe and its certificate. We match the girdle inscription against the certificate in front of you, then you decide. Not the one? The hold simply expires and you owe nothing.

For delivery orders we ship with an insured courier and full tracking: same day within Tashkent, 1–2 days across Uzbekistan, 3–7 days worldwide. The box holds the stone, the original certificate and the piece passport.

And at any moment between checkout and handover you talk to one manager, not a call center. The same person confirms the hold within a business hour and answers questions about the stone before your visit.
